The location is great! It is near many shops, restaurants, galleries, and event locations. The bar staff made really nice drinks! Dakota is great server in the restaurant. Front desk was extremely helpful. The city views from the room are beautiful.

Everything was wonderful! Great location to restaurants, shops, bars and only about 10 minutes to Palm Beach Island. So close to i-95 so very convenient. Pool and bar area were great. Easy checkin and checkout. Very happy all around. Can’t wait to return!

The location is great . I walked to the palm beam and spent a whole day there but also enjoyed tremendously the two nights in the town center of west palm beach. The room was very clean and facilities are excellent

smelled great! good restaurants and bar, was glad the pool was open when I was told it won’t be. connection to convention center was convenient for the competition we were attending. room was a nice big size good value for the rate.

we liked so many things about the hotel including our beautiful, clean room. We also liked the gym and the little cafe. The staff was friendly and helpful…and the location is great! Right by The Square where there are many wonderful restaurants and shops.

The entire hotel in my opinion was faultless. The pool was fantastic, the room was incredibly clean along with a modern clean bathroom. It would be helpful if they kept on top of pool towels, on regular occasions we would have to wait up to 20 mins for fresh towels to arrive.
